Chia Pudding...

GF DF VEGAN

Ingredients

  • 350ml NuYu Macadamia Milk
  • 50g chia seeds
  • 20g shredded coconut (optional)
  • 30ml maple syrup
  • Fruit to serve
  • Natural Yoghurt or coconut yoghurt to serve
  • Gluten free muesli to serve

Method

  1. Combine chia seeds, macadamia nut milk and maple syrup in a small bowl, add the coconut
  2. Allow to sit for about ½ an hour or cover and chill overnight
  3. Place into a serving glass, jar or bowl and serve with fresh fruit muesli and yoghurt if desired
